Marketing & Customer Support Role

£22-28k p.a. pro rata dependant on experience and skills

This is a remote working position with very flexible hours, approximately 20 hours a week. You would be required to travel once a month to team meetings (in London & Leicester) and so should be UK-based.

Marketing: your primary focus will be on creating and delivering original content published both on our Blog, social media accounts and through other customer touch points such as mailing lists and advertising. As we are quite a small company you will take a lead role in setting marketing strategy to help drive long-term and sustainable results.

Customer Support: all of our team engage in customer support which we feel is very important to understanding customer needs. Support is via chat/email.

Skills & Experience

You must have good computer skills and be very confortable learning and using new computer programs and interfaces and have excellent communication skills for talking with customers.

As you will be working remotely it is important that you are self-motivated and objective-oriented. You should be an experienced writer ideally with relevant previous experience, however this is not a requirement.

Any foriegn-language skills are a major plus.
